  1. Interesting stuff. I’ve been to a yoga class or 2. I loved it and plan to make it a more regular practise. I found it great for switching off my very active mind.

  2. I was really disciplined (once in my life) and did yoga every morning and evening for over a year. That, combined with dietary changes, made a huge difference in the health of my joints. My previous knee problems completely disappeared. It does make a huge difference, even just a couple poses a day. The Salute to the Sun is great for combining lots of poses in one flowing exercise. My trouble now is finding a place and space to do it without dogs jumping on me and licking my face :-)

  3. Thank you for posting this info on Yoga. I love Yoga and I practice it as often as possible. Even if it is only for a few minutes a day. Yoga helped me conceive my first child and ever since I have never stopped practicing. Yoga gives me a sense of wholeness and peace.
