How To Make Flower Essences

Have you ever used Bach Flower remedies? I’ve had great results using them on myself and my dogs. Here’s a great video by a woman who has 26+ years experience as a herbalist, which shows you how to make your own flower essence. It looks quite easy to do, but I suggest watching the video a couple times over, once to take notes from the text in the video, and once to really listen to everything she says.
