The Best Natural Parasite Cleanse Protocol You Can Do At Home

Part 3 of a 3-part Series.

In Part 1, I talked about the relationship between a full moon period and parasites in the human body. I also touched on the problems, challenges and goal of getting rid of these parasites through a proper cleansing protocol.

In Part 2, I enumerated the most common types of parasites we normally find in individuals when they undergo Live Blood Analysis testing.

I will go through the actual parasite cleanse protocol which I personally do here in Part 3. It is one of the most comprehensive protocols to effectively treat a parasite infection and takes plenty of preparation to do it right. However, the results are worth it.

If you don’t have enough time to prepare all of the ingredients for this protocol, the video below will show you a simpler way of doing a parasite cleanse using just the essential oils. Though it may not be as complete as the full moon protocol outlined in this article, this simpler method by itself is very powerful in reducing the population of parasites in your system when done within a full moon period. That would be enough to allow your body’s own immune system to handle the rest of the critters naturally.

The Complete Full Moon Protocol

As its name suggests, this parasite cleanse protocol is done within a full moon period of 5 days before until five days after a full moon. If this 10-day period isn’t feasible for you for any reason, then you may reduce it to a 6-day period of 3 days before and after a full moon. But the 10-day period is more ideal and effective in hitting as much of the critters as possible.

Important: Drink plenty of clean water or Rhus tea (see ingredient list below) only, alternating between the two. Keep your bowels moving at all times.

You will need the following ingredients:

To be taken internally:

Pure Herbs Lapacho – Also known as Taheebo, it is an herbal tincture made from the inner bark of the Pau d’arco tree Handroanthus impetiginosus. Lapacho is powerful against bacterial parasite infections (Wikipedia).

Dosage: Take 60 drops just before breakfast and dinner, and 30 drops in between just before lunch. Place the drops in 1 oz. of pure water and mix well before drinking. Wait  at least 60 seconds before taking the next set of drops.

Nutramedics Cumanda – Cumanda Microbial Defense is an herbal extract made from the bark of the Campsiandra angustifolia tree, found in South America. It is very effective in treating the Borrelia burgdorferi bacteria to treat Lyme’s disease. One of the most impressive benefits of Cumanda is its antifungal action which makes it effective in treating many difficult to treat fungi including Mycosis fungoides, Candida krusei, Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger, to name a few.

Here is Dr. William Lee Cowden, one of the most highly respected doctors in the field of Integrative and Natural Medicine, explaining what Cumanda is and what its uses and benefits are:

Dosage: Take 60 drops just before breakfast and dinner, and 30 drops in between just before lunch. Place the drops in 1 oz. of pure water and mix well before drinking. Wait  at least 60 seconds before taking the next set of drops.

Silver Sol liquid – Silver Sol in my opinion is the best form of colloidal silver that you can get your hands on. Colloidal silver has been around for many decades now, and many have marketed it by unscrupulously preying on hype and the ignorance of most consumers. Anyone can make colloidal silver out of pure silver wires and a nine volt battery, resulting in large silver particles in the water which may be mildly effective for topical applications. Silver sol, however, is the latest scientific breakthrough in colloidal silver that undergoes a patented process  of producing the smallest silver particles possible and has been proven to be a very powerful antiviral and antibacterial solution. I would recommend Argentyn 23 (23 ppm) if you have the budget and want the best. It’s not inexpensive, so you may also use a cheaper alternative such as ASAP 10 (10 ppm) by Silver Biotics.

Dosage: Take 1 plastic teaspoon twice daily, one in the morning and one at night both away from food.

MCT Oil – MCTs are readily used by your body for energy rather than being stored as fat. MCTs are also helpful for ridding your gut of harmful microorganisms like pathogenic bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites.

Dosage: Take 1 Tablespoon three times daily before food. You should also spread/rub MCT oil on the spine, bottom of the feet, chest, temples and all facial areas over sinus cavities in the morning and at night.

Activated Charcoal capsules – To help prevent die-off symptoms which can make you feel sick or weak, you will use activated charcoal which is very effective in removing toxins and parasites by adsorbing them to be eliminated in your bowels.

Dosage: Take two capsules three times daily right after meals.

Diatomaceous Earth – Made from the skeletal remains of tiny, aquatic organisms called diatoms. Their skeletons are made of a natural substance called silica. Taking the fine white powder internally helps destroy exoskeletal parasites.

Dosage: Take 1 teaspoon twice daily. You can mix it in water before drinking. You can also take it directly in the mouth and drink it down with water, being very careful not to inhale the fine powder.

Slippery Elm capsulesSlippery Elm herb contains mucilage, a substance that becomes a slick gel when mixed with water. This mucilage coats and soothes the mouth, throat, stomach and intestines and helps improve assimilation and bowel movement.

Dosage: Take two capsules three times daily right after meals, alternating days between Slippery Elm and Marshmallow Root.

Marshmallow Root capsules – Marshmallow root provides natural mucilage that supports, soothes, and moistens mucous membranes of the respiratory, digestive, and urinary tracts.

Dosage: Take two capsules three times daily right after meals, alternating days between Marshmallow Root and Slippery Elm.

Rhus Tea from King Institute, LLC. – Rhus Tea is a natural tea that helps fight bacterial parasites and other foreign invaders. It’s a powerful immune booster and cleanser for the blood, lymph and body. You can read all about Rhus Tea here. It is only available from King Institute, LLC. We have a dedicated page that gives the history of this tea, as well as preparation instructions, powerful testimonies and success stories.

Dosage: Drink as much as you can, up to 2 quarts daily. See website or label for preparation instructions.

To be used for a Nasal Flush (Optional but highly recommended):

Neti pot – Nasal irrigation using a neti pot is a personal hygiene practice in which the nasal cavity is washed to flush out excess mucus and debris from the nose and sinuses, which promotes good sinus and nasal health (Wikipedia). You can purchase a kit online which usually comes with saline packs.

Image credit: Wikipedia (click on image for link).

Liquid Aloe Vera – Used as a nasal flush, liquid aloe vera has antibacterial and antifungal properties as well as soothing properties which help protect the soft tissue lining of the nasal passgaes.

Nasal Flush Procedure: Do a nasal flush each morning for the duration of the full moon period. Mix the following ingredients: warm distilled water, saline pack, 1 teaspoon aloe vera, 1 Tablespoon Silver Sol, 5 drops Lapacho and 2 drops Cumanda. Shake well. DO NOT sniff solution up your nose – simply flush as directed on the neti pot’s instructions.

Essential Oils (Therapeutic grade only):

We highly recommend using Young Living brand of essential oils, because they are  in our opinion the highest-quality therapeutic grade oils and have been tried and tested.

Basil – Has powerful antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties.

Clove – Kills parasites, molds and fungus and has anti-inflammatory properties.

Cinnamon – Boosts immune system, kills parasites, and has antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties.

Oregano – A powerful antioxidant. Kills parasites and candida fungus, has antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties

Thyme – Kills bacteria and infections.

Thieves blend – A powerful combination of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus Radiata, and Rosemary essential oils. Inspired by the legend of four 15th-century French thieves who formulated a special aromatic combination composed of clove, rosemary, and other botanicals to protect themselves from contracting the plague while robbing the bodies of the gravely ill and deceased. When apprehended, the thieves admitted to using the formula and disclosed the recipe in order to receive a less severe punishment for their crimes.

You can make your own version of Thieves using the following recipe:

  • 40 drops Clove
  • 35 drops Lemon
  • 20 drops Cinnamon Bark
  • 15 drops Eucalyptus
  • 10 drops Rosemary

You will also need Size Double-00 gelatin capsules

Dosage: Place 2 drops of each essential oil in an open empty double-00 capsule and cover. Your very first capsule should contain 6 drops of Oregano; thereafter, follow the usual dosage. Take 1 capsule in the morning just before breakfast and 1 capsule at night just after dinner. Take the capsules throughout the duration of the full moon period.

Not necessary but highly recommended:

Access to a PFG2z Pulsed Frequency generator by Pulsed Technologies – This device uses specific pulsed frequencies to “zap” the parasites in your entire body. The beauty of this device is that you can obtain specific frequency signatures of each parasite species you want to get rid of so you can target them very precisely. It also comes with a pre-loaded library of frequencies if you want to do a comprehensive general parasite zap.  It comes with two electrodes, one to be connected to one side ankle and the other to the opposite side wrist. You generally run anywhere from 4-6 minutes per pulsed frequency at half-amplitude power.

Using this device especially during the 10-day full moon period will be able to hit all the parasites, including the ones lodged or hiding within the deep tissues that the other supplements can’t reach. This caneffectively get rid of the nasty critters quite fast.

During the cleanse, you want to starve the parasites while you hit them with a surprise attack from all angles. Therefore, you don’t want to feed them and give them a chance to resist or fight back.

For the duration of the cleanse, whether you’re doing the 10-day or the 6-day protocol, it is highly recommended that you only eat chicken, turkey or salmon which is broiled or baked. There should be no skin and no fat, only lean meat.

You can  also eat very clean, thoroughly washed lettuce (not Iceberg), swiss chard and other leafy greens.

You will also avoid all kinds of fruit, sweets, starches, nuts, grains and beans.

Looking at the complete protocol above, it may seem like a lot of work within that ten day period of a full moon, but the results will be well worth your time and effort.

Just keep in mind to drink plenty of water and keep your bowels moving all throughout the protocol period to make sure you’re system can cope up with all the die-off that will result from the cleanse.

Once you’ve gotten rid of a parasite infestation, you will notice immediate improvements not only in your physical health, but also in your emotional and mental well-being.

Parasite Symptoms: The Common Types of Human Parasites

Parasite Symptoms: The Common Types of Human Parasites

Part 2 of a 3-part Series.

In Part 1, I talked about the relationship between a full moon period and parasites in the human body. I also touched on the problems, challenges and goal of getting rid of these parasites through a proper cleansing protocol.

Studies have shown that we are hosts to more than a hundred different kinds of parasites including bacteria, yeast/fungus and flukes, as well as larger more terrifying ones like roundworms and tapeworms. It is estimated that one-fourth of the world’s population suffer from parasitic infection in the intestines.

Here in Part 2, I want to focus mainly on the most common kinds of parasites that we usually find in live blood samples of nearly 100% of the clients that come in for testing, as well as their harmful effects.

We use Live Blood and Dry Cell Microscopy to get a picture of an individual’s current state internally as close to live as possible through samples that are less than a drop of blood. Once we find problems in the blood, such as bacterial parasites and fungus, we can then do the math to estimate the results for the entire body.

As I showed in Part 1, the video below shows a live blood sample of a moderate parasite infestation in a drop of blood during a full moon period, with the consent of the individual we were testing.

It actually looks like it’s snowing in the video above, but that “snow” is actually a multitude of bacterial parasites swimming once we pop out most of the blood cells they have invaded. You’ll also see worm-like bacterial parasites swimming and crawling across the frame. The bigger transparent circles are red blood cells which remained after a slight pressure was applied on the cover of the glass slide sample.

Here are the most common types of invaders that we find in the blood:

Bacterial Parasites

These types of parasites proliferate when your defense system is depressed due to inactive friendly intestinal bacteria, poor digestion, and undergoing rounds of antibiotic pharmaceutical drugs.

Parasite Symptoms Funny

They thrive on toxins in the blood which provide them “food”. These toxins in the blood are due to poor diet and/or poor digestion. The most common symptom of a bacterial parasite infestation is chronic fatigue.

L-Forms – Bacterial parasites which do not have cell walls. They produce toxic by-products and can invade tissues of the body.

L-form parasites.

L-form parasites.

Rod Forms – As their name suggests, these bacterial parasites have a rod-like or worm-like structure. These produce slightly more toxic by-products and waste compared to L-forms, so too much of rod forms indicate a more toxic state in the blood and tissues.

Rod form parasite.

Diplococcal Forms – Also know as “butterfly forms”, these bacterial parasites are slightly larger than L-forms and are round-shaped (known as a coccus). They typically occur in pairs of two joined cells. Some examples of diplococcal forms of bacterial parasites are Streptococcus pneumoniae, the culprit behind pneumonia and ear infections; and Neisseria meningitidis, the culprit behind Meningococcal meningitis which is a serious infection of the meninges that affects the brain membrane and can cause severe brain damage.

Streptococcus pneumoniae.

Fungal Microorganisms

Diseases of the skin, digestive organs, urogenitary tract, mouth, etc. are often caused by the multiplication and spread of fungal microorganisms called mycelia.

Mycoses, the scientific term for fungal infections, range from unnoticed to fatal. They are directly related to asthmatic and allergic reactions in the alveoli in the lungs.

Fungal mycelia.

Fungal myceliae.

Fungal microorganisms are normally dealt with by a healthy immune system and the good bacteria in the gut. Mycoses occur when these two factors are compromised and weakened.

Fungal infections can be classified as:

Superficial – those that affect hair, skin, nostrils, genitals, and oral mucosa.

Subcutaneous – those which occur beneath the skin.

Deep – those which affect the internal organs, lungs, liver, bones, lymph, brain, heart, and urinary tract.

These fungal infections often occur when a person is on long-term pharmaceutical prescriptions such as antibiotic and immunosuppressant drugs. This kind of opportunistic infection is common in those with immunodeficiency-type diseases such as AIDS and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Some of these fungal forms are acquired from the environment, such as spores and molds like black mold. Others are sexually transmitted, while others are transferred through mother’s milk, particularly Candida albicans.

Aspergillus niger spores.

Aspergillus niger spores.

The two main causes of severe Candida albican infestation are indiscriminate antibiotic use and the presence of mercury and heavy metals especially in the teeth from dental amalgam fillings. Other factors include addictions to coffee, chocolate, drugs, unsafe sexual practices, stress, chemicals, radiation, and a weakened immune system due to immunosuppressant drugs.

Candida albicans.

Candida albicans.

The Candida overgrowth occurs because their natural competitors, the good gut bacteria (probiotics), have been lessened or removed due to immunosuppressant and antibiotic drug use. On the other hand, dental amalgam fillings severely compromise and weaken the immune system of the body.

Mycoplasmas are parasitic organisms which usually appear in a variety of forms having tails or projections on a spherical or donut shape. They can appear as doorknob-shaped donuts all over damaged cells, especially red blood cells.

Knobs of Mycoplasmas have invaded a cell and is now seen by the immune system as a neurotoxin.

Knobs of Mycoplasmas have invaded a cell and is now seen by the immune system as a neurotoxin.

These microorganisms attack healthy cells and find their weakest points. They then gradually invade the cell while others follow. Pretty soon, the healthy cell is completely covered with these mycoplasma “knobs” and the immune system now sees the once-normal cells as neurotoxins which cause nerve and brain damage.

In Part 3, I’ll go through the parasite cleanse protocol which I use in order to hit these nasty foreign invaders from all angles and at the best time of the month when they all come out in the blood to wreak havoc and lay their eggs.

The Parasite Cleanse: Parasites And The Full Moon

The Parasite Cleanse: Parasites And The Full Moon

Part 1 of a 3-part Series (Featured Image courtesy of my friend Peter Corvera).

Many of us are excited to witness the “supermoon” on the eve of November 14, 2016. This will be very special since it will be the biggest full moon we will see in the night sky since January 26, 1948. But did you know that it will also have an effect on your health whether you’re aware of it or not?

According to,  a supermoon results when the moon reaches its full phase at its closest point to Earth along the moon’s elliptical orbit, causing it to look bigger and brighter than usual.

But how is this related to your health, you ask?

The answer may creep you out…

Bugs. Critters. Unwelcomed guests.

It’s a well-known fact that all of us have unwanted parasites in our bodies regardless of our age, race or even lifestyle. Studies show that humans host over 100 different species of parasites in the body.

You can be the most extreme germophobe living inside a bubble your whole life. You can be a practitioner of natural medicine trying to live a clean and healthy lifestyle as much as possible like yours truly. Or you can be someone who just doesn’t give a hoot about health in general. All of us will have parasites in our system. It’s how much parasites you’ve got in your system that really matters.

The more toxic exposure you have from the air, water, soil and food in your environment, the more parasites you’ve got. The more junk you feed yourself on a daily basis, the more of them you’ve got. If you’re exposed to household pets or other animals on a regular basis, then you’ve got their parasites in your blood as well, even if you take extra measures to maintain good hygiene for both you and the animals.

But having parasites in your blood doesn’t automatically make you an unhealthy individual. Your body’s own immune system was designed to handle a huge load of them. You just don’t want too much of them in your system, because that leads to…

As I mentioned in the previous paragraph, a healthy immune system can handle a lot of parasites from our food and environment on a daily basis. I have personally seen individuals who have live blood samples literally crawling with parasites, yet their dry blood samples, which give a broader picture of the state of their systems, show little to no indication of stress or damage from these invaders.

Of course, it’s a completely different situation if your immune system is compromised or weak. Then these nasty critters gain a foothold and overwhelm your defense system and create an infestation.

This is especially important during a full moon period, particularly five days before and after a full moon. During this period each month, the parasites in our system, including the dormant ones “hiding” in our deep tissues which are almost impossible to reach, all come out to play.

These nasty bugs and critters are most active during the full moon cycle, and their negative effects on our health are multiplied and felt to a greater degree.

Below is a live video demonstration of a parasite infestation in less than a drop of blood. The images are seen through a monitor connected to a dark field microscope at 50x magnification within an oil immersion, done during a Live Blood Analysis test.

All the white dots moving in the video, which looks like it’s snowing, are bacterial parasites which have infested red blood cells and have been released by “popping” the blood cells by applying a light pressure on the cover of glass slide. You may even see worm-shaped ones as well, which we give a nice-sounding name to – “rod forms”.

The parasites wreak havoc by invading your body’s cells and stealing their nutrition. Most invaded cells are eventually destroyed by these nasty critters, but some of them such as Mycoplasma cause the invaded cells to no longer be recognized by the system as normal cells but are now seen as neurotoxins and are believed to be responsible for such neurological disorders as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).

Not only that, they lay their eggs and excrete toxic wastes that makes its way from our blood to the brain, impacting not only our blood chemistry but even our physical, mental and emotional behavior.

Perhaps this may explain why many people’s behaviors change (for the worse) during a full moon period? In fact, the term “lunatic” derives from luna, the Latin name for the moon. According to Wiktionary the Latin word lunaticus means epileptic, lunatic, moonstruck, or crazy.

Regardless of whether the relationship between the full moon and a shift in human behavior is true or not, I would personally always stay alert and steer clear of erratic drivers on the road during a few days before and after a full moon. Take this from wisdom and personal experience!

The Truth About Parasite Cleansing

The problem with getting rid the parasites in your body is two-fold: first, most of them are dormant and hide within the deep tissues of our organs and body and only come out during a full moon period. They therefore can’t be reached by most methods of cleansing using herbs and other natural substances.

If that’s not enough of a challenge, the second problem is that if the parasite cleansing protocol, which normally consists of only a handful of herbal ingredients, doesn’t reach and eradicate all of the parasites in one sweep, the survivors that get away and succeed in laying their eggs will create a new batch of parasites which have now become immune to the herbal ingredients used  in the said protocol!

This 3-part series of articles aims to shed light on the proper and most effective ways of getting rid of an unwanted parasite infestation from your system. Note that I didn’t say getting rid of all parasites for good from your system. That’s not realistic because we will always be exposed to them in our environment.

Our end game is to not only clear your blood and tissues from an infestation or excess load of parasites, but to also create a healthier “terrain” which will then be unfriendly to these unwanted critters. This way, even though we will still have unwelcomed guests in us after the cleanse, they won’t find the place very hospitable for them anymore and so our own immune system will keep them all at bay.

Who knows, maybe they’ll even leave on their own. We have actually seen that happen time and time again.

Stay tuned for Part 2 where I will identify the different types of parasites and their effects on the body.
